What is PNS?
The Plasma Neon Sign (PNS) is a state-of-the-art and proprietary product that ETR has developed. It is PDP (Plasma Display Panel) and it is the first of the kind in the world to replace the existing image display market. It consists of two transparent glass plates that display fine graphic images on the both sides of the panel. This product born with a new concept offers unique and professional feature as a display for advertisement, interior decoration, and construction. The Plasma Neon Sign (called PNS hereafter) does not contain mercury. Images are not displayed by means of an indirect illumination method. The graphic images illuminate themselves by means of electric discharging. 

Plasma Neon Signage has the following advantages. First, it is an exclusive technology. The PN technology offers technical specifications that make it the first light-emitting material. An active glass with light emitting patterns, PN is an unprecedented technological innovation based on years of know-how, many patents and hundred of rigorous tests.

Second, it is a unique, environment-friendly material. A mere 0.8" (20mm) thick, PNS is a complex 2-layered special glass containing inert gas (Mercury-free). With 100W power consumption, this material boasts exceptional durability with over 30,000 h lifetimes - approximately ten years' normal usage. Each sign is manufactured with extreme care on a dedicated production line in order to warrant exceptional lighting quality and reliability.

Third, contrary to all lighting technologies in existence, light does not radiate from a light bulb or a distinct light source, but from the material itself - thus redefining our relationship towards light:

-   The intensity of light is distributed over the entire surface of the material, on both sides. The light is non-dazzling.

-   With a temperature close to that of the human body, light can now be touched. No filter or protection (lampshade, diffuser, etc,) is required. Light becomes pure and soothing.

-   PN glass is resisting and structural. Light becomes an architectural material.

-   Light is "painted" deep inside the glass. Light becomes a creative graphic.

Lastly, PNS can display detailed images in many colors that other signs, such as neon and LED, cannot.

Mission of Independent Graphic Designer

There are two types of product which are a Standard Plasma Neon Sign (the “STANDARD PNS”) and a Custom Plasma Neon Sign (the “CUSTOM PNS”). The STANDARD PNSs are produced in mass production by the COMPANY’s design. The CUSTOM PNSs are produced by DEALER’s design. Independent Graphic Designers will be in charge of creating STANDARD PNS images which will be sold worldwide as well as in US market. We are willing to train on how to optimize your designs for PNS.

Compensation

Please remember that this is an independent position based on commissions. All federal and state taxes on your income are your responsibility. Your commission is a 30% margin when your image is sold. Your commission will be calculated as follows:

For example, let’s say that a dealer price of PNS2020 is $150.00. A standard PNS has three standard colors on a specified size. If you add additional colors, the price will be increased by $30 per color. We don't recommend using more than ten colors per PNS. Assuming that you decide to sell your PNS as $200 (MSRP $270) without additional colors (any applicable tax and shipping costs will be added), your profit margin will be $50.00 (($200 - $150 = $50). After deducting the credit card processing fee, which is calculated at four (4) percent of the selling price, your commission becomes twelve (12) dollars and sixty (60) cents (($50 - $8) x 30% = $12.60). You will decide the selling price for your own products.

In addition, you can make extra commission (2% of selling price) as an online affiliate or sell the products at your store or website. We will provide our PNS to you at dealer cost. All margins are yours. (We will provide a completed website for online sales free of charge later). We will also have a monthly contest where two projects will be selected for cash awards. Hence Income will vary depending on how much time you spend on the project.
